Memorizing Math Facts – A List & Resources

While I know that there are mixed feeling about drilling math facts, I have found through my own experience that when the kids have the basics down, the more difficult stuff is easier to tackle. Memorizing Math Facts can be done in a myriad of ways such as math games (board and electronic), flash cards, and drill sheets.

Roman numerals use letters instead of numbers. There are seven letters you need to know:

  • I = 1
  • V = 5
  • X = 10
  • L = 50
  • C = 100
  • D = 500
  • M = 1000
