We always talk about nature versus nurture. As a parent you pray that the best of each of your children comes through in the end. Chloe has a kind, compassionate heart. Many of Chloe’s actions remind me of the following two verses in the Bible.
Romans 12:3….Do not think of yourself more highly than you ought, but rather think of yourself with sober judgment, in accordance with the measure of faith God has given you.

Philippians 2:3-4 Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit, but in humility consider others better than yourselves. Each of you should look not only to your own interests, but also to the interests of others.

Chloe put this in to action using her own money today purchasing items for Christmas Shoe boxes for children who are less fortuante than her.
