Wordless (almost) Wednesday ~ Christmas Emotions
This is a moment I caught between Jayden and our dog Oscar. The kids love our dogs so much they are often overly affectionate. This was just too priceless not to share!
My husband is known for his….let’s just say….inventive wrapping jobs at holiday time. My dad purchased a gift certificate for my mother and asked Joey for one of his “special” wrap jobs. I think she is about the 3rd box in (I believe there were 5). Joey calls it his Matryoshka gift wrapping! Needless to say my mom was a good sport about it. It became funny because she didn’t think it would be another wrapped box…I mean how many could he possibly do?

Jayden and Oscar photo is truly precious. Remember the saying, “Dogs are mans best friends.”
Opening my present became truly funny and even funnier because of just how “many” boxes there were to open. Plus, each one was gift wrapped in Joey’s favorite foil paper that he purchased to wrap Heidi’s gifts in. Kudos to my son-in-law for his creative wrapping abilities.
Can’t forget to say thank you to my husband for the gift certificate to Tim’s Trim for remote start key for my new Toyota Highlander.
