Here are a few comments that were left on Facebook:

GH: My kids seem to have a love/hate relatioship…one day they will LOVe one thing the next day they can’t stand it =0) no veggie =no dessert!

BWMMM: Mine love everything except mushrooms jointly, my oldest detests brussel sprouts and my youngest passes on raw zuchini … roast everything tossed in olive oil and seasoning – trust me!

SEB: We eat no gluten so our plate looks much different.

I kind of like the visual of the plate. I think it makes it easier for kids to get an idea than the pyramid does. Some of my kids are great healthy eaters and others, not so much! It’s great that yours like fruit and veggies!
