    I like that these have actual apples in it and thanks for all the substitution ideas, too! This looks great, a perfect muffin for fall.     Bernadyn, I too love having substitutions. Recipes likes this are super flexible but I don’t always know how to tweak it so I thought I would help others in this process by adding it to the recipe itself! 🙂
