I didn’t get to that point, but that doesn’t happen in the movie! In the movie she marries Charles before the war and he dies, but does not have a baby! hmmm looks like I need to catch up on the plane today!

Yes do catch up! 🙂 I will be posting again this week on topics a little farther into the book. I am about 270 pages in right now and hope to have some more time to read this weekend. I am also perusing a book in photos about the timeline and creation of the movie. Unfortunatly, one of the captions spoiled it for me and said Scarlett’s second husband is some Kennedy guy whom I think is from back home for her. Now in my mind I am trying to figure out how the story works itself that way as she is currently in Atlanta and he is not! Hopfully I will get to that part in the book sooner rather than later!

You always spoil books you are reading… I’m sure it was a “accident”… lol

Whatever! This time it was an accident! I have not read ahead at all in Gone with the Wind and I have never seen the movie! I have no idea how the story goes nor have I cheated to find out! Yes, I admit, that is my past history with many books, but not this time.
